Fees paid are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created during the project (including website designs, source code, graphics, and digital assets) will remain the property of IJS Infotech until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership rights of the final deliverables are transferred to the client (except for third-party tools, plugins, or software used under their respective licenses).
IJS Infotech retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential business, technical, and personal information secure and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
IJS Infotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, domain registrars, ad networks, or plugin/software vendors).
The client is responsible for maintaining secure credentials and backups once the project is delivered.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
Upon termination, the client must pay for all services completed up to the termination date.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website or services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
10. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City, India].
