Terms & Condition for January 2025 offer
1. Free Domain Limit:
– The free domain registration offer covers a value up to ₹1500. If the domain chosen exceeds this amount, the additional cost will be chargeable to the client.
– The free domain is applicable only for the first year. Renewal charges will apply thereafter.
2. Website Monthly Charges
– The monthly charges for website hosting and management start from ₹2025 (exclusive of taxes).
– Payment is to be made on a prepaid basis for uninterrupted services. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.
3. Website Maintenance Charges
– Maintenance services are not included in the base monthly charges of ₹2025.
– These services, including updates, bug fixes, and other modifications, will be charged separately as per the agreed scope of work.
4. E-Commerce Product Uploads
– For e-commerce websites, the initial setup includes the upload of up to 15 products. Additional products will be chargeable at a rate specified in the service agreement.
– It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate product details and images in the required format.
5. Domain Refund Policy
– No refund will be provided for domain registrations in case of disputes, cancellation, or termination of services.
– It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the chosen domain does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.
